Cole Bibler’s journey in live entertainment started at the young age of 16, touring with the iconic Marilyn Manson. With early guidance from his father, a respected industry veteran, and the unwavering support of his mother—who helped him balance touring life with schoolwork—Cole developed a strong foundation in the fast-paced world of live production.
Holding a degree in music production, Cole gained hands-on experience in various essential roles including drum technician, ambiance coordinator, and carpenter, working with major acts such as Blues Traveler, Beyoncé and many more. These experiences shaped his deep understanding of what it takes to produce seamless, unforgettable shows.
Driven by a passion for live events, Cole quickly developed a specialty in pyrotechnics, touring the majority of his career with acts such as Paul McCartney, Metallica, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Kid Rock, Logic, and many more.
In 2020, after recognizing a growing need for experienced leadership in the industry, Cole founded ShowLive SFX. Motivated by a conversation with his wife about the shifting entertainment landscape, he aimed to bring real road-tested expertise to the office. Cole spent an extended period building the foundation of ShowLive SFX before partnering with Hayden Hale as COO, combining their expertise to grow the company into a leader dedicated to delivering extraordinary live experiences through innovation, precision, and creative ambition led by real roadies with real touring experience.
